The superior queen room we stayed in were immaculate. The breakfast was very good, and included fruit juice, fresh fruit, bread, pastries, and meats. The location was FAVOURABLE, courteous staff from the receptionists at the front desk to the staff at the bar and restaurant.

This venue is in a great location, right next to the Dialogo nel Buio Cultural Center, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay in a tourist area.

Upon arrival at Chateau Monfort, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Our check-in process was quick and efficient, and the bellboy went out of his way to ensure our luggage was taken care of. We were delighted to receive a lunchbox for our journey the next day, showing a level of thoughtfulness that surpassed our expectations. The attention to detail and personal touch of the staff truly made our stay memorable. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. The overall atmosphere and design of the hotel added to the charm and elegance of our experience.

We had a fantastic short stay in Milan with our kids. The hotel was ideally situated in a glass case close to the Duomo and other interesting parts of the city. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bathroom was lovely with a see-through shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was extensive. We also enjoyed the Alice in Wonderland theme of the hotel, with its unique decorations and beautiful communal areas. a great experience for our family.

We loved the Chateau Monfort! The staff was amazing - friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. They even secured tickets for us to see The Last Supper on my birthday. We were upgraded to a Deluxe Suite and received a free birthday cake. The hotel's interiors were beautiful and luxurious, the room was spacious and comfortable, especially the bathroom. The facilities were great, and the location was perfect, within walking distance to the Milan shopping district and other popular sites worth visiting. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff made our stay memorable.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious, providing exclusive amenities to fulfill guests' needs. the stunning building and cheery, friendly staff make it a truly unique experience. the room is quirky and full of amenities and information. Room service is fast and responsive. the breakfast is a must-try, with 10 different fruit and vegetable juices, delicious scrambled eggs, pancakes, and cappuccinos.

The spa decor is a bit tired, and management could monitor guest decorum to lessen noise and messiness. However, this is not the hotel's fault.

This hotel is situated in a fantastic location, just outside of the center of the city. It is in a nice quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to easily explore Milan. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the bathroom facilities are excellent. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making you feel special throughout your stay. The breakfast spread is absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of choices. The spa facilities are also a great addition, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Some of the reception staff could be more knowledgeable about the city, as they were not able to provide clear answers to our questions.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the spa & wellness center was top, notch, offering a wide range of treatments including full, body massages and facials. the indoor swimming pool was pristine and the sauna was a great way to relax. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were both elegant and delicious, offering special diets menus and in, room breakfast as well. Additionally, the exclusive room advantages included a spacious and pristine room with private facilities.

Although my stay here was amazing, I did encounter one minor issue. the location, while walking distance to many attractions, was a bit further from Navigli than I had anticipated.
